The GTA Restoration Referral Program offers eligible participants 15% on qualifying paid referrals. First, refer someone who needs help with property damage.
Homes can suffer water, mold, fire, flood, sewage, or plumbing damage. For example, a burst pipe may leave a basement wet.
In addition, we help shops, offices, condos, and rental buildings. For example, property managers can put us in touch with owners.
Next, ask the client to share your name and contact details when they first call. As a result, we can link you to the job.
Your fee equals 15% of the qualifying paid invoice, under the current terms. For example, a qualifying $10,000 paid invoice can earn you $1,500.
Most importantly, the client must pay the qualifying invoice in full by its due date. Therefore, a quote or unpaid job alone does not earn a fee.
The GTA Restoration Referral Program has no set earnings cap on qualifying referrals. As a result, a larger qualifying paid amount may earn you more.
However, your work or role may have rules about referral fees. For this reason, check that you can accept them before you take part.

Under the current program terms, eligible referrals earn 15% of the qualifying paid invoice. For example, a qualifying $10,000 invoice can generate a $1,500 referral payment.
Once the referred customer's qualifying invoice is fully paid within its due date, the referral can qualify for payment. Therefore, the final amount depends on the qualifying invoice that the customer actually pays.
Currently, the GTA Restoration Referral Program does not place an earnings cap on qualifying referral payments. As a result, higher qualifying invoice values can produce larger referral payments.
To make tracking easier, ask the customer to provide your name and contact information when they first contact GTA Restoration. Alternatively, you can notify our team directly before the project moves forward.
Yes. In addition to residential work, eligible referrals include commercial restoration projects.
